Building RentaL
Our building is available to rent out for parties and other functions. The cost of the rental is $350 and requires a refundable* $200deposit to hold your booking. The building will hold a maximum 90 people. The rental includes use of the kitchen and the entire building, including our round and rectangle table and chairs. Your booking date will NOT be confirmed until you have met with one of our rental coordinators, given the deposit, and signed the rental agreement. All rental fees and deposits must be paid in CASH. All rentals are on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. Rentals are all done through our rental coordinator who can be reach by phone at 717-580-3440.
Please note: Our building has stairs to get in, as well as stairs between the upper and lower floors (the party room is on the upper floor, and the kitchen is on the lower floor, as are the bathrooms). Our building is not handicap accessible.
